In order to structure our training courses, we make use of:

  • Varied and fun practical sessions that complement the objectives defined: a quiz to check understanding, role plays to apply best practices, puzzles to allow participants to familiarize themselves with a custom-made process, accounts from experts, and times dedicated to discussion in order to encourage feedback.
  • Theory sessions which enable participants to immerse themselves in the basic principles and key points.
  • Learn’N’Play games in all professional training courses: a means of uniting participants and encouraging the involvement of everyone.
  • With the help of evaluation tests, we make sure that participants have completely understood what they have learned.
